What is a Christian rapper? Is it a hip hop artist who explicitly says, “I am a christian rapper”? Or is it whoever the people deem? In my opinion, I would say it is whoever says they are. If a rapper never says they are a christian rapper, then they aren’t. I am not saying they are not christian. I am saying they are not a christian rapper. Just to be clear. I was sitting down one day and just started thinking about how women are portrayed in Hip Hop. I got frustrated and upset because I felt like I couldn’t win.
